Sales FAQs

What are some benefits of buying a new Hyundai?

There are too many to count, but we’ll start with some of our favorites. Hyundai vehicles are stylish, versatile and perfect for a wide range of lifestyles. Whether you need a sedan like the Hyundai Elantra or Sonata or an SUV like the Hyundai Palisade or Tucson, you’ll find a vehicle with the technology, comfort and safety you’re looking for at a great price. Looking for something even sportier? The Hyundai Santa Cruz is a Sport Adventure Vehicle — a cross between an SUV and a pickup — which offers generous capability and carrying capacity. In other words, you’ll get the best of both worlds! It goes without saying that head-turning, modern style comes standard on every model in the Hyundai lineup. Plus, every new Hyundai comes with America’s Best Warranty, including a 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty,1 Roadside Assistance for five years or unlimited miles2 and more, so you can drive off our lot with total peace of mind after you make your purchase.

What are some benefits of buying a used car?

Not quite ready for a new car? Buying a used car from us is a great option. We only stock used models that meet our high standards for quality and safety, which means you never have to worry about buying used from us. In fact, each vehicle has to pass a safety inspection from our certified technicians before it is listed for sale. Our used models have already experienced their initial depreciation and are priced affordably. You’ll also have your choice of a variety of makes, models, body styles and trims when you shop our used inventory.

What are some benefits of driving a hybrid or all-electric vehicle?

There are tons of benefits that come with owning a hybrid or all-electric Hyundai vehicle. Whether you’re ready to make the leap to an EV or you would prefer a hybrid instead, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from in the electrified Hyundai lineup . You can drastically reduce your fuel budget by upgrading to a hybrid or plug-in hybrid Hyundai, and if you want to skip the gas pump altogether, an all-electric vehicle is the way to go. The Hyundai Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6 and Kona EV all offer impressive electric range and cost less to maintain than traditional gas-powered vehicles. No matter which electrified Hyundai you choose, you can feel good about driving a vehicle that goes easy on the planet. Hybrids and plug-in hybrids produce lower emissions compared to conventional vehicles, and EVs don’t produce any tailpipe emissions. Now that’s what we call going green!

Service & Parts FAQs

Why should I bring my car to a dealership for service?

Our team knows Hyundai vehicles inside and out, and they complete regular training so they’re up-to-date on the latest technology and equipment. This means you can be confident that your ride is in good hands. Plus, having your Hyundai serviced at our dealership will also help you keep your warranty intact (if it is still active). We’ll only use genuine OEM parts on your Hyundai in order to keep it a Hyundai, inside and out. Don’t own a Hyundai? That’s fine — we service many makes and models. From minor maintenance to major repairs, our team can handle it. Our service bay is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools that allow our techs to assess and resolve your vehicle’s issues as quickly as possible. If your model is ready for service, schedule your appointment on our website today.

How often should I have my vehicle’s oil changed?

It used to be common knowledge that you should have your vehicle’s oil changed every 3,000 miles, but times have changed. Thanks to engine innovations in recent years, oil changes are now recommended every 7,500 miles to 10,000 miles. However, you should always refer to your owner’s manual to find the service schedule for your specific model. Once you visit our service department for an oil change, our team will put a small sticker in the corner of your windshield that reminds you when you’ll need to have your oil changed again.

When should I replace my car’s tires?

We have a simple trick that you can use to find out if it’s time for a new set of tires. Just grab a penny and insert it in one of the grooves of your tire with Lincoln going in head-first. If you can see the top of his head, your tread has worn down to the point that you need a replacement tire. Visit us for tire replacements and rotations and wheel balancing — we’ll be happy to help!

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call, contact us online or stop by Hyundai Eugene at 2300 W. 7th Ave., Eugene, OR 97402 to speak to a member of our team in person. We look forward to serving our customers from Florence, Springfield, Roseburg and Cottage Grove.
